UGI Stock Portfolio: Our Corporate Stock Portfolio is managed by our CEO, Christian Williams, who is in charge of reviewing each investment for fundamental quality, while trading around the positions based on technical conditions he deems low risk with high reward.  The overall objective with the UGI Stock Portfolio is to build a basket of assets with strong growth from a long-term perspective.

Note: Under God Incorporated agreed on 06/18/09 to invest in a private company; "Nimble Maids, Inc." Nimble Maids provides cleaning serves to both residential and commercial clients in the U.S. and is a rapidly growing company under professional management with a great deal of growth potential.  This capital investment is a note held by Under God Incorporated which provides monthly interest payments equal to 10% of the monthly Nimble Maids Gross Income.  The purpose of this investment is two fold: first to aid another company in their success, and second to increase positive monthly cash flow to Under God Incorporated.
